If the product is damaged and that fact was not indicated in the catalog, e-mail us at support@KetabeIran.net within 7 days from receiving it and we will try our best to reach an equitable solution to your complaint. If we determine that you are not at fault, we will either replace or issue you credit for the returned item and will have to charge a 20% restocking fee.
